This yearly program is based on Kitya’s experience and interest in the integrating self.  Neuro- developmental exercise sequencing combined with foundations of support both physical and metaphysical, will leave you feeling empowered and changed. You will find yourself with userfriendly exercise and tools that energise and help remove blockage on many levels.

Detox gently and get in touch with healthy, accessible and fun ways to enhance your life, and improve energy, motivation and enthusiasm.

This year Kitya will be repeating the same format of neuro-developmental  exercises,  food  and metaphysical foci as well as introducing the sensory work of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, a movement therapist from Boulder, USA.

Program:  45 minute private session scheduled with Kitya one week prior to the program where, we assess your current situation and set intent for the 'new' you.  Part of our assessment will include discussion of any support therapy that may assist you to reach your goals.

Anatomy and Physiology Courses:

Integral Health recommends an understanding of undergraduate anatomy and physiology to any student undertaking a serious study of body/mind anatomy.

If you have a medical or natural health training you have probably covered most of it and will be a recognized standard in most professional associations.  It is up to the student to fulfill their obligation to associations to complete adequate training.
