Integral health aims to hold space for Craniosacral Practitioners to share and exchange knowledge of this fascinating and evolving therapy.

Kitya Nowicki will be running 3 x 1 day workshops.  Each day is informed by the group.  We share biodynamic craniosacral aspects in talks, slides and palpation practice.

Come and contemplate the evolutionary  interface of  this interconnected, multi-dimensional bone.  We will be orientating to primary midline and Sutherland's fulcrum.   The ramifications freeing the flow around this bone are multifold.   Remind yourself of the bony fluid interface.

These terms are now part of our connective tissue grammer.    The connective tissue is now billed as the largest organ in the body.  Our being orientates to survival and growth.  The  Breath of life and its tidal downloads start in utero. Come and explore some of the ways changes of phase can influence connective tissue.     

Stillness and Augmentation:  Friday 16 November  2018 

These apparently contradictory activities can challenge our palpatory awareness.  They are parodoxically potent in their combination.  James Jealous, an Osteopath.  coined the term, ‘Augmentation’, and applied it to working with tidal phases.  All phases can be approrpriate, and all phases can be inappropriate.
