  • Our training covers neuroanatomical, functional and biodynamic aspects.

  1. Regular updates and international speakers at integral health
  2. Any courses recognised by SA association.

Practice safe, relevant and skilled Craniosacral Therapy

Pre-requisites: 

Curiosity, resources and the capacity to grow and learn  as a CST practitioner.  

Highly recommended:
  • Short Anatomy and physiology course
  • Experience in some form of body or mind oriented therapy
  • Personal experience of a CST session – please enquire as to a complimentary session 
AIMS:
  • to create and maintain a dynamic and internationally relevant Craniosacral training
  • to reflect and critically evaluate current thought and research in biodynamic health
  • to instill a deep appreciation of the Craniosacral system, and its influence on our wellbeing
  • to assist in improving the capacity for self regulation and self reflection
  • to promote a questioning spirit of anatomy and embryological unfoldment
  • to orientate practitioners to quantum forces that direct inherent health
  • to cultivate clearly defined palpation, interoceptive and listening skills, that support the health of all participants
  • to explore perceptual capabilities with an open heart, improving relational awareness
  • to develop communication skills and therapeutic dialogue that create safe spaces for innate expression
  • to provide  context for the evolution of symptom presentations
  • to provide appropriate skills and knowledge for  the utilisation of practical, palpatory reflective techniques in rehabilitative processes
